Its not just you. My phone constantly drops calls and then it takes a good 20 minutes before I'm able to call them.
I don't use an earpiece, I have no real need for it. But the volume on the phone is sometimes not loud enough, even when its at the highest setting.
I have a several questions about this phone, some are more general than others.
On the side of the phone there's a cover for the ear microphone jack. Can I pull the cover off and throw it away, without any damage to the headset jack? Not only is this cover hard to pull off once I completely stick it in, the cover gets in the way when I plug in the headset. I used to have an old Nokia phone that had a headset jack at the bottom without a cover, why does this one need a cover?
Furthermore, it seems like I often have to push in the headset to completely hear the other party. Is this a problem people experience commonly, or is this just me?
More generally, my phone experiences inconsistent reception during phone calls and I often lose the person for a couple seconds before I can hear him/her again. A friend of mine has the same phone and he said he gets a lot of call drops. Is this a common problem with this phone?
Last question, can I have my speaker phone on while talking to somebody and have the flip closed at the same time?
Thanks in advance.
