Hi, my bluray player can read disc normally but it is not responsive to the remote control. I suppose it's the problem of the remote control, however the buttons at the bottom for LG TV could control LG TV. I still try to buy a new remote control from local authorized agent to test but the situation is the same.

I suppose both player and remote control are fine but the connection/matching between them is lost. Is there any method for me to just hard reset it to factory default settings? Thanks.
