LG BK550Y 60hz TO 75hz Overclock

Hello, I recently bought a monitor from LG for my birthday, it's called LG BK550Y and it has 60hz refresh rate, and I want to overclock it to 75hz but first i wanted to ask you guys if it will do any harm to the monitor and if you recommend it.
I tried to overclock it on the nvidia control panel (I have a 1050ti gpu), I created a new resolution and refresh rate for the monitor and I checked if the monitor was hotter then before but it wasn't , and everything works like it should.

Refresh rate

Spec calls out 56 > 75hz.
So if you set it to 75 your still within spec.

So if I set it to 75hz it won't overcklock the monitor right?

75hz is within the monitor specs.
