LG and Plex

Hello,

I am trying to reach my plex server with the plex media link but it can not find it, on my laptop client there is no problem to find the plex server. Any idea how to solve this?

I'd find a Plex forum and ask if folk know how to integrate Plex and this unknown LG device.
