AVOID BUYING LG PRODUCTS AND DEFO AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM CURRY'S PC WORLD .i bought a 49uf850v smart 4k voice active tv, had to swap it 4 times the 3rd i had currys knowingly re packed a previous customer return an tried giving me that passing it off as brand new unopened tv , evey1 has issues none recognise i have Ethernet cable in tv, an keep losing wifi signal done 3 checks with fiber optic provider all tip top tried changing router settinge ect, tried every combo over a 93min phone call, 100% tv, but currys wont deal with me cause i posted on facebook of their illegal practices an lg say we will fix it, but expect me to pay to send it off an be with out tv for 2 weeks, AVOID ALL THIS HASSLE GO TO A SAMSUNG SHOP AN BUY 1 OF THEM

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
