LG Air Conditioner Issues 6711A20127B

My air conditioner is not cooling at all. I don't know if there is a problem with the remote or the aircon itself but a month ago it was working perfectly fine. Does anyone have any idea on how to reset all settings on this remote OR what settings I should apply to make it as cold as possible?
