LG 60PV250 loses picture every 5-10 mins.

Hi, my LG keeps losing the picture every couple of minutes but the sound stays on. I switch it off and turn it back on and it works fine for another 10 mins. It seems to happen more frequently when it's on HDMI. This only happened twice before we connected our Xbox one and now it happens constantly. We moved it to the other HDMI port and it makes no difference. Please help

That tells me the set needs repair. I would have noted a tech note about HDMI but your post wrote "more frequently when it's on HDMI." So that tossed out that idea. Call it in, get estimates.
