I don't seem to have two of the items you mention above available on the menu for my set....specifically "PC-Adjust: [grayed out] and
LED Local Dimming: On". Not sure if it makes any difference to the settings you provided, but thought I would mention it. Also, as this is not an LED tv, not sure it would have the LED Local Dimming option.
