LG 42LG70 or Philips 42PFL7403D

Hi there.

My wife and I just bought a Sony 42KDLV4100 on impulse and I am not very impressed by it. It has bad motion blur in darker scenes in movies and games. Also my Xbox 360 games seem to be slower on this TV than my old CRT TV. So now I am looking to buy either the LG 42LG70 or the Philips 42PFL7403D.

Both of these have 120hz refresh rate; the Sony I bought does not. But the Philips has a 2ms response time while the LG has a 4-5 ms response time. I was wondering if the higher refresh rate and response time would help with the occasional choppiness of my Xbox 360 games.

The only bad thing I've read about the Philips is that fast motions scenes look jaggy on it. I've haven't really read anything bad about the LG except that it's connections are only on the back of it (which doesn't bother me.)

Seems like the faster response time on the Philips would be better but I don't want a bad picture. Does anybody have either of these TVs and can you tell me your experience with it? I would like to know which is better for games as well. Thanks for the replies!
