And have them show you it working. It could be something like it needs an internet connection. That is, I have run into folk that got a smart tv and they didn't know it required the internet to their home, a connection, setup and more. They thought it would just work without all that. Heck, it is a "Smart" TV right?

I recently bought a LG 42LA660s smart TV. I have several problems with it and I would like to know if anyone of you experienced the same issues.
Firstly, I couldn't access the smart menu by pressing the HOME button on my magic remote (I also tried with a android application, the same result).
So, I sent the TV to the service and when it returned, the smart menu worked just fine but now I have several new problems.
1. I cannot acces the browser.
When I try to open it two things happen:
1.1. Loading screen appears and after a few seconds a message similar to this is displayed: "Cannot open, try again later".
1.2. Black screen appears for 2-3 seconds, and then the previous screen appears.
2. I cannot access the game world, smart world or a game. Here, also 2 things happen:
2.1 When I access one of the previous options, white screen appears for 2-3 seconds and the the previous screen is displayed.
2.2. Sometimes, when I enter a game, a screen with some login credetials is displayed. I want to enter my details, but no keyboard appears so I can type the credentials.
I want to know if anyone experienced something like this, because the support guys told me that I'm the only one that reported something like this until now. Your answers would help me a lot to diagnose if it is a LG software problem, or if only my TV has a problem.
