lg 42" lcd pictures slighly blur during sports

Jun 4, 2009 4:48PM PDT

I just hooked up a new lg 42" lcd hdtv and i am disappointed with the clarity, especially sports. For far away shots, lots of pixelating. Not sure if this is my cable connection (not enough power/bandwidth) or my tv.

my 20" lcd toshiba seems to work fine.

does the larger tv need more bandwidth?
is this an large LCD issue and I should go plasma?
is this an LG issue?

the regular/non hdtv channels look worse than my old tube tv. I dont recall this issue at my friend's houses?
