Hi,
Very sorry about the response you received via our email service. We would be happy to try to assist with the problem. It would be difficult to know what changed from when you went into the settings, to now.
Generally speaking, when the TV is on and you connect a cable to it, it will switch over to the input related to that port. A suggestion would be to leave the TV on then disconnect each cable and reconnect them.
If that does not work, you can reset the TV to the default settings via the Options menu.

Whilst house/cat sitting for a friend I seem to have altered the setup for their 37LG2000 TV.
What they had and want back is that when the TV is switched on the TV goes to the antenna input for Digital TV but when the Sky Satellite box (connected by Scart to AV1) is switched on the TV connects automatically to the AV1 input and when the Sky box is switched to standby the TV reverts automatically back to the digital TV from the antenna.
I and they know that they can switch inputs manually but want it back to do the input switching automatically.
I asked LG as to what have I done and how do they revert it back to the previous setup?
This was LG's response:- "I have had a read through of your email. Okay, I can advise that this has not been caused by something you have done, as this TV does not have the auto switch functionality on it. In fact no LG TV has had this function since HDMi was created many many years ago, as it caused conflicts with devices. This is not something that can be changed, and they will have to switch the input manually."
TV DID switch OK previously so would be grateful for any ideas please.
Kind regards
