Is Vista's "Print Spooler" Service running?
To check, open the Control Panel, then Administrative Tools and look for Services in the right hand pane, and open. You may have to accept the 'Windows needs permission' warning to continue.
Scroll down and look for "Print Spooler". Check the Status column and see if it has started. If not, double click the entry and in the new window Start the service. If the "Startup type:" does not show Automatic, you can change that if you wish.

Hello; I am using HP Pavillion with the Vista 32 System. I am not able to get my printer to load even though it is installed. I get a message saying "Cant find Spooler" What does that mean.
