Lexar Zip drive

I a Lexar Jump drive that I use to save power point files on created on a desktop computer. The Lexar was used on a Laptop to show the saved the slides. Both used to show the files on E: now the desktop shows F: drive. How do Change it back to show E:
Other Lexar Jump drives will show the E: drive.

Plug this flash stick in.
Open disk management.
Has something else been assigned E:?
