Lets lighten up a bit ... Funny Signs

by Bill Osler / November 1, 2004 10:22 AM PST

I received an email today that was apparently a rip-off of these web pages. I love the signs!

Funny Signs 1 - ebaumsworld.com

Funny Signs 2 - ebaumsworld.com

The highway direction signs were classic and the "Parking for Drive-Thru Service Only" is a hoot.

But the one that surprised me the most:
Testicle festivals
-- Is that for real?

I can see on the grave marker the name "Maria". I am wondering why she married a Dumf"rt in the first place. Happy

One wonderful human being.

Ima Hogg (1882-1975), philanthropist and patron of the arts, daughter of Sarah Ann (Stinson) and Governor James Stephen Hogg, was born in Mineola, Texas, on July 10, 1882.

They really do have those - Testicle Festival's, that is. We used to have a Rocky Mountain Oyster feed every year at branding time. The ZX Ranch here in Lake County (used to be the largest running cattle ranch in the U.S., now sold out to Simplot), would have an annual feed, and we would have a dance afterward. Was a grand time had by all (exceptin' the steers, of course Wink )

I grew up with that kind of stuff - so it never meant all that much as far as being weird or anything. Wasn't until I moved away from home did I discover that not everyone takes part in such festivities! LOL

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
