Basically they suggest uninstalling the settings dependency and reinstalling it. The Lenovo software is sketchy as it is, I generally like to uninstall as much of the bloatware as I can on these types of system. Just more curd disguised as feature you never wanted.

My mother just bought a Lenovo G50 laptop and started it up for the first time last night. This morning I get a text from her saying there was a problem and didn't know what to do. I'm sadly not much help because I stubbornly refuse to learn any of the new Windows (She has Windows 10) and
I'm more of a Mac person anyway. So, here I am. I know how to fix RunDLL errors in Windows 7 by using the task scheduler. Is that sorta the same thing for this issue? Or perhaps is there a driver that needs to be updated? Thanks in advance
On startup she gets this:
"There was a problem starting
Access is denied."
How do I fix this on Windows 10?
