Question

Lenovo y50-70 freezes after unplugging from power

Oct 10, 2015 5:04AM PDT

Hello there,

I started experiencing a strange problem with my Lenovo y50-70. Basically system freezes when unplugging power cable from ntb.
I tried make a test with Lenovo Solution Center - everything seems to be ok. I also tried to test a physical memory (Windows based test) and it was also without any problem.

Could someone help me with that issue please? It is hardware or system failure?

Thank you for your answers!

The y50 is fairly new. Most are in warranty. Before the call be sure your files, apps are safely on backups since they will have you do a factory reset.
