by Mf222 / February 12, 2016 3:47 PM PST

Hi,

What else would you need to know to be able to help?

Story, background, router setup, distance, more.

Sometimes you encounter a laptop that came with Windows 8 or 10 and they install 7 then you get your story. Here we have no story, In fact there's no sign it ever worked so it could be a warranty issue.
