Tried to solve a problem with 4G My Touch Slide - went into store 3 times - told manager gone, on vacation, couldn't help. Called customer service, took 23 minutes, still not resolved. Transferred my service to another provider, charged full month by T-mobile. Told they would "try not to charge me insurance" on the phone I returned and that "I didn't need to speak with a supervisor" because the rep had answered all of my questions. Felt only way to end the problems was to cancel. Poor customer service caused myself and two famiy members to leave...loving Virgin Mobile with four new accounts!
