Lee, the "username" function in Advanced search...

is too precise. it requires an exact match to the COMPLETE username to register a "hit." If you search on "Dave," you get one hit, from someone with that exact username alone. None of the other Daves (Myself, Dave Evans, etc). show up, nor does "Konkel." Could you see about getting this modified to a "string match" search?
