Lee, some newsletter/poll problems...

Sep 2, 2007 10:40AM PDT

You know I hate to be a pain, but... Grin

Lately the newsletters have been, well, forgetting things.
* Missing Graphics
* Incomplete Graphics
* Extended borders

Is there any chance of stealing a template from the Webware, Download.com, or AnchorDesk newsletters? They're a bit more cleaner looking and haven't had the same rendering problems as the current template. This seems to be consistent across Yahoo Mail beta, Gmail, and Windows Live Mail, as well as Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera.

Also, as much as I enjoy being in first place this just doesn't seem right. It's not the first time, but it's becoming more of a regular problem, and the margin of error seems to be growing weekly.

Thanks!
John

P.S. Any word on when the engineers may get back to the original list from last November? (Ex: Mistakingly duplicating a subject/body reroutes you to the fictitious 'Forum forum,' after which you cannot post.)

But not for you, Devil

Actually I refrained from voting this time because I didn't want to suggest any sort of favoritism between mods.

I liked your opener, "You know I hate to be a pain......".

Yeah, right! Happy

put the head banger emoticon on the list.

I never noticed the items were wrong in the newsletter. I was looking for the red letters and couldn't find them. Realized that You put them there.

I really like the odds. Can you get Lee to give us better odds for the Powerball Jackpot?

Another minor one...

I just noticed in my screenshot it states "Your response has been recorded. Thank you for participating!" However, I hadn't voted, just clicked on the link to "See Poll Results." That first line should be conditional text based on the referring link.

Thanks!!
