Lee, New way to get into the Forums instantly

Mar 12, 2005 11:36AM PST

Lee, I have had problems logging into the Forums. My email address and password is useless. I have asked for a temp password and that works.
Here is the best way that that I have access to the Foruns instantly:
When CNET sends out an email forum newsletter I can click on the Forums and be in.
Now, I have to bring up your last newsletter every day in order to click on, and join the Forums.
One way to post or join the Forums.
There is something wrong on how CNET forum members can log in. Most always the message is something to the effect that my email and password is incorrect.
Lee, please have this problem fixed.
Thanks,

Kevin

pull out that newsletter one last time, and then bookmark the login page, or even bookmark the forum you usually start with....

After you log on, bookmark that page, not the main CNet page.

jonah jones,
Yes, I have done that also. And it works.
Yet, why do I still have a problem with my log-in?

If it works

jonah, there is a problem if I wanted to show a fello worker the CNET Forum at work. My email and password does not permit me to log in. That is really the problem. I have sent email to Lee early today that he requested. May be a problem with the CNET log-in. Lee is working on this issue. Thanks,

Kevin
