Hi,
When they gave you other monitor, did it worked fine on your computer?
Replace the faulty monitor.....Or if the faulty monitor is still under warranty, return it a get a new one.

oh ok.. so you think it's really the monitor? Because the technician/store owner keeps on insisting that my LED doesn't have any problem..they told me that they have tried using it for 3 days straight, and no turning off & on problem had occurred...
and broke after that,,,,,,and a second monitor works fine now, then the problem is almost surely with the original monitor.
