When they gave you other monitor, did it worked fine on your computer?

Replace the faulty monitor.....Or if the faulty monitor is still under warranty, return it a get a new one.

oh ok.. so you think it's really the monitor? Because the technician/store owner keeps on insisting that my LED doesn't have any problem..they told me that they have tried using it for 3 days straight, and no turning off & on problem had occurred...

If It Worked Fine For Eight Months.....

and broke after that,,,,,,and a second monitor works fine now, then the problem is almost surely with the original monitor.

OK.... i think you should call them to see the problem (at your home) or bring your computer to them....
They will tell you if its your computer or monitor... That will solve your problem!
