LOGISTC,

Are you using the correct firmware update from the Samsung.com website in your region?

Also, did you unzip the file? Often times the files are zipped, and you have to unzip the file, and then move it to your thumbdrive.

I've also downloaded this and the previously released (couple of days ago), extracted to the USB. but it also cannot find a newer version than that already installed.

I think the issue is related to the numbering scheme you use.

LOGISTC,

If the download isn't working, I might suggest checking to see if you have the same version (It won't update if it's the same version), checking to make sure the update is from your region (different regions won't often install) or if the file was unzipped prior to attempting the update.

If you need further instructions or troubleshooting, I'd recommend contacting the customer service center in your region. I can't confirm what the new update versions are, or what issues they address.

Fish, what numbering scheme? Is the firmware you're trying to update newer than the current version on your TV?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
