Le37m87bd horizontal freezing lines

I have an old Sammy TV which after about 5 mins freezes in 4 horizontal bars starting at the bottom. It's usually sorted with a firm whack at the top of the screen but soon returns.

I have replaced the psu as the capacitors were bulging. It seemed to be ok for a day then back to the same as before.

Anyone seen this before? Is it a dead panel?

Its a UK model BTW.
