I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

If it happens with the batteries removed, it's obviously not the remote. I might check to see if there are any other devices located near the bezel button options, such as speakers directly in front of them.

If that doesn't help, I might recommend contacting either your retailer for an exchange, and of course, the unit is under warranty if you'd like to have a Samsung technician work on your set.
