LCD TV LA40B550 KEEPS SWITCHING SOURCE INPUTS ALONE

Hi Tech Team,

I have recently bought a new 40" LCD TV from Samsung, at first it used to be working great, but after 4 days it started switching between source input alone, HDMI to AV and vice versa, even I removed the remote control batteries but the problem persisted.
The device is merely 10 days old, Please any idea or help on the issue,
appreciate it,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

If it happens with the batteries removed, it's obviously not the remote. I might check to see if there are any other devices located near the bezel button options, such as speakers directly in front of them.

If that doesn't help, I might recommend contacting either your retailer for an exchange, and of course, the unit is under warranty if you'd like to have a Samsung technician work on your set.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, and encourage you to look at the options that best meet your needs.
