LCD Tv/ Computer Monitor Combo

by cuttinman86 / August 6, 2007 5:01 AM PDT

I am not very tech savy, so this may be an easy question to answer,

I'm a college student looking to buy a new computer (Mac Mini) and I need a monitor. I would like an LCD Tv in the range of 20-30" that can also be used as a Computer monitor. I know there are different ways to connect the two, the Mini has a DVI connector so I need a TV that has that connection. HD is not a must, but it would be nice. Keep in mind I'm a student, so it can't be too expensive.

If anyone knows of a good product feel free to respond.

i think you can get a decently cheap vizio, get the newest model though. I use a 42" vizio lcd for 900 and it looks better than my old computer screen, and they have the computer connection (they call it a RGB, but it is the same as a monitor cable)

get a vizio. i got a 32" vizio and it works great as a monitor. with a mac you will need a converter either from dvi to hdmi or mac's monitor to vga. you can find a vizio for under 600 bucks.

The most beautiful phone ever has one wildly annoying issue

The Samsung Galaxy S8's fast speeds and fantastic curved screen make it a top phone for 2017, but the annoying fingerprint reader could sour your experience.
