Well you can get wide screen LCD monitors that have high resolutions, but they also cost big $$$$$$$. Since you have the tuner card look at this monitor and compare with the LCD tvs. John

I am considering the purchase of a large wide screen monitor to use as the primary monitor for my PC and also to watch TV and DVD's. I already have a Happauge TV tuner card and Snapsteam Beyond TV 3 software. However, I have also seen large wide screen LCD's with built in TV and am wondering if that would be a better selection. However, they seem to be quite a bit more money and seem to have lower overall screen resolutions. Can anyone share their experience with one or the other solutions or share the pro's and con's of each approach? Thanks in advance for your help!
