Soft cloth(cotton) moisten with warm water. If that does not do it, then moisten the cloth with a little diluted washing up liquid - the type which is "kind to the hands". Finish off with the cloth cleaned and moistened with water. While cleaning, use tissue paper to soak up excess liquid to prevent it from getting in the edges. Make sure the cloth is not dripping with the liquids. Switch off monitor while cleaning it.
