Also you need to specify what temperature this is measured at. For instance we could shave milliseconds off the time by warming the LCD from 72 to 77 degrees. As we learned more we also began to think that most "specs" can't be trusted.

With LCD monitors which is better in reference to "response time" 2 ms or 5 ms?
I know with contrast ratio the higher the number the better i.e. 800:1 is better than 500:1 and brightness 300 cd/M2 is slightly better than 270 cd/M2.
