LB730V (55) picture settings

Hi all...

Firstly I apologise for my complete lack of technical knowledge, and hope you may be able to help out.

I have just recently bought an LG LB730V and its a great TV. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get the best out of the picture and settings.

I am running a Sky HD box and PS4 through the TV, and have read that you should have different setting for each of these to optimise gaming compared to HD TV. I have tried searching but no joy.

Does anyone know if there are settings that would optimise gaming and likewise for normal sky? I have tried the picture wizard, but pretty sure I've just made it worse lol
How do I even change the HZ setting!?

The PS4 looks good, but apparently you can also change the input name? to "PC" to get a respectable 34mm! Don't even know what that means hence why I am here.
