Lava brand DVR with Lava brand antenna

Can anyone tell me how to get the settings menu to come back up on my DVR?

I assume it's in the user manual for your model. But since you didn't tell the model, let alone provide a link to that user manual on the net, I'm afraid nobody here can tell you.

Sorry, am new to this. It is a Lava HD 2100. Have not been able to resolve using the manual.

Then I'm left to write the device has failed. Arrange for return and refund since it's non-operational and support is not helping you. We're here to try to help but if the maker hides the user manual we can't comment what to try.
