Launch a database program on start-up of windows xp pro

I need to set a computer to open to a database program. This is Filemaker and a subprogram using filemaker. Can I use the shortcut to do this and how?

Drag that shortcut to the startup folder

you can do it by draging to Start, All programs, startup ... or

Open windows explorer and go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ... and put it here
