Last straw w/AttWireless GoPhone

We were paying the bill early on 12/13 (was due 12/18) and our next bill date moved up to 1/15. This goes with the fact that is if the bill is paid on the due date (not expiration date-needs 24hrs before this one) you lose the accumulated unused money.

Chose GoPhone since it was the only plan (other than phone cards i.e. TrakPhone, Virgin, etc.) that did not require the Social Security No. (SS#).

I kept asking vendors if they still require the SS#. This time I walked into Nextel and said if they would waive that demand, they could sell me a plan. Now have a Nextel plan for 2 year contract with the family plan. Two phone at $0.99 each plus the sales tax-$30+ based on original price.

Now to find out their "warts".

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
