Large Program Graphics

Feb 16, 2004 10:27PM PST

Windows XP Pro - G.Force 2 Graphics Card - Std Monitor
Screen Resolution 800 x 600 32bit Colour.
* Graphics / Icons for Windows are fine and correctly
sized but programs look oversized and have difficulty using art packages even to design 640 X 480 pixels wont fit on screen. Changed all windows icons settings to small but this only changed the relavant menus.

To fit such on screen, you may have to either move to 1024x768, have the taskbar hide and play some more with the menu text sizes.

There is nothing amiss with what I read in your post. Just more practice and time will help.

Sounds like you have to change your program settings, not the desktop settings. Programs have additional settings within them to set them up properly, all gaming apps do, as well as desktop publishers, which any graphic rendering program should have the settings to correct this issue.
