From http://members.cox.net/xboxfaq/faq.htm#Q2.8 (a nice list of xbox questions and answers), question 2.8:
"If your computer's video card (or your monitor) supports S-Video or composite video IN, you can hook the Xbox's output to the computer's (or monitor's) input. Note that you will lose the ability to display high-resolution images with this setup (you are limited, more or less, to NTSC resolution, or approximately 640x480 interlaced). But you retain the ability to see the Xbox dashboard and to play DVDs."
So that's a nice requirement: the laptop must have video IN. Most, if not all, laptops have only video OUT. Now find your favorite laptop-shop and ask the sales person.

What laptop would you recommend that would allow me connect my x-box to it. Going overseas for two years and was hoping to use the laptop as the monitor for the x-box also. Thanks
