From an ISO file or from a recovery partition on the laptop?
Yesterday i did a reset, and installed windows 10. windows 10 was done installing, asked for my langauge etc time, bla bla bla, and restarted and wouldn t go past the HP screen.

Obviously it starts, but it won't go beyond the HP screen. That's not nice indeed.
Remove all USB things (except keyboard and mouse) and go boot into the BIOS setup to see if the boot device is set to the hard disk. If it is, set it to the medium with your Windows 10 install program (either DVD or USB, you didn't tell) and boot into that to do a startup repair. If that goes well, remove that installation medium and reboot. What happens now?
