Question

Laptop won't start.

Yesterday i did a reset, and installed windows 10. windows 10 was done installing, asked for my langauge etc time, bla bla bla, and restarted and wouldn t go past the HP screen.

how did you install windows 10?

From an ISO file or from a recovery partition on the laptop?

Obviously it starts, but it won't go beyond the HP screen. That's not nice indeed.

Remove all USB things (except keyboard and mouse) and go boot into the BIOS setup to see if the boot device is set to the hard disk. If it is, set it to the medium with your Windows 10 install program (either DVD or USB, you didn't tell) and boot into that to do a startup repair. If that goes well, remove that installation medium and reboot. What happens now?

I unplugged all usb devices, tried to enter bios, but then on every option possible the bios says it needs to restart my laptop, going into a loop.

The screen that i came into wasn't the bios, but the real bios just gets me to the windows 10 login screen, and then it will be stuck there...

Wipe the drive clean and start again. Because of "digital entitlement" I don't have to enter any activation key. More on that is on the web.
