Laptop won't charge and it can't turn on

what is the solution if my laptop can't charge and it can't turn on.. the laptop there's no light response but when i pluged in the charger.. the light of the charger will be turn it in low and blink.. any suggestion.? thanks...

You probably need to replace the battery. I have an Acer 3810 laptop and had the same problem. A new battery fixed it.
