That looks serious.
First: why and how was you updating your laptops drivers? It's hardly ever necessary.
As I read your post, you turned the computer off while it was resetting Windows (that can take a few hours). So now you have some incomplete (say half) Windows on your hard dsk. Or were you wise enough to wait with turning it off until it showed Windows in its full original glory again?
Furthermore, the current status is unclear. If you say "it won't boot fully" do you mean "it gives a BSOD saying something like 'PNP driver watchdog'". Or are that two different observations?
A possible solution: download the Windows 10 installer on DVD or USB-stick using Microsofts Media Creation Tool (it's all free) and boot from that to do a reset or (if necessary) a clean install of Windows 10.
Hey, so today I was updating my laptop drivers then my laptop just froze then I restarted it. When I restarted it I went into windows advance option then I just reset my computer. Then when I was resetting it then it was on the ASUS logo loading with the dots for a while. So, I shut it down and it won't boot fully.
I can't go into windows advance options and can go into windows. I can go into BIOS but I don't know what to do though. But it did give me a blue screen of death saying PNP driver watchdog but I'm not sure what it says.
I have an ASUS zenbook.
Help! Thank you
