"It doesn't boot" can mean different things, like:
1. Nothing at all happens on the screen, not even the regular splash screen and the BIOS messages.
2. It boots, everything goes fine, but in stead of Windows coming up I get a black screen.
Since these are different things, they have different solutions.

What to do.

In reply to: so what I'm gonna do??

Either tell a lot more, so we can get a better idea of the situation, or bring it to a repair shop to see if they have a cheap solution.

Considering it's some 5 years old, an expensive repair wouldn't be a good idea. A good salesman won't let you pay for the cost of the inspection if you buy your new laptop with them.

You can try adding more detail.

Or if such detail is not available tell the client that it's time for the maker's repair channels.

ok..thanks for your response guys..i don't remember everything what I've done to this laptop. Before,I've tried to Reformat this because of BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) and i think it goes to fail to format.and I try it again to format it a couple of times. But it fails. When i restart it,It goes to black screen, the windows 10 logo doesn't appeared at all.and in a few minutes it keeps to restart all over and over (like a BOOTLOOP i think?).Now,Thats the problem to my laptop goes to blackscreen when turn it on and few minutes it goes to restart again and again.(but i can see the Acer logo when i turn it on and goes to restart all over again.and i can still access the bios). Again thank you for your response guys!

If it fails after a reset, consider it a hardware issue. Check that diagnosis by booting into some Linux disc or stick (free to make).
