Laptop with wireless USB built in? A usability study...

by WirelessFreedom / June 30, 2008 10:06 AM PDT

Hey all,

I am looking for a few participants for a usability study involving a wireless USB solution. This would give you the chance to try out some new wireless USB technology. If you are interested, please fill out the following questionnaire and email it to me or contact me for more info. If you are selected for consideration you will be contacted shortly thereafter.

Note - to be considered you must:
1. Have a Dell Laptop with built-in wireless USB capability
2. Be available in early July to use the solution for one day in your
office environment (business office, home office, etc.) and have a one hour on-site interview in your office environment

If you are selected for the study, a modest incentive will be provided for your full participation. Thank you for your interest!

Questionnaire:

1. Do you own a Dell Laptop with built-in wireless USB capability? (Some models include Inspiron 1720, XPS 1330, 1530 and 1730)
If yes, which model do you own? Do you use this laptop for
your job on a regular basis?
2. Do you have availability in early July to:
- use the solution for one day or more in your office
environment (business office, home office, etc.)
- have a one hour on-site interview at your office environment
3. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being highest), how tech savvy are you?
4. Do you work primarily in the bay area? If so, what city?
5. Who do you work for? What is your position there?
6. Do you connect many USB devices to your laptop?
7. Do you frequently need to connect and disconnect those devices?

Thanks! I appreciate your interest and replies.
