Laptop with 101key keyboard driver

I just bought a refurbished Toshiba Satellite A215-27422. Dual core Athlon 1.9 ghz 64 bit processor. It came with a corrupted version of Vista so I loaded my version of Win XP 64 Pro from my desktop. The FN keys do not work and device drivers state I am using a 101 key keyboard, obviously since it is a laptop it has a 86 key keyboard. I cannot for the life of me find a driver for the keyboard. Other posts across the net seem to suggest I need to update my bios as there may be a bios conflict since it was intitally loaded with with Vista and the Vista bios is not compatible with Win XP PRo 64. Suggestions?
