It was the slower 5400 RPM unit. Instead I went with the dv6-1361sb (under 1K at newegg.)
It is no LAPtop. Since it's a screamer it will be warm so it fills the role of a desktop replacement. If heat is an issue for you, you need to avoid all 3D chipsets and more.
It works very well with BLUETOOTH, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit bringing in the XP MODE when needed.
My only quibble is the slick keyboard tops.

I am very confused in selecting my laptop. Please suggest the laptops in the price range of $1250. I have also seen 3 laptops in this price range. I am mentioning their models number.
i. HP Pavilion dv6 Entertainment Notebook - 1400 model - 4GB(RAM) + 500GB (HD) + 1GB (Graphics Card) with Intel Core 2 duo processor(2.2GHZ)+ 15.6 display
ii. Sony Vaio (NW series) Vgn-NW 28gg/b - 2GB(RAM) + 250GB (HD) + with Intel Core 2 duo processor(2.53GHZ) + 15.5 LCD
iii. Sony Vaio (FW series) VGN-FW53gf - 3GBDDR2(RAM) + 320GB (HD) + with Intel Core 2 duo processor(2.20GHZ) + ATI (512mb) + 16.4 LCD
Please suggest which one is best out of these three. Also, Please suggest if you have any other laptops. I want a laptop which have a good configuration but most importantly a laptop which will not give me problem in the near future.
