...go into window's display settings and create a second screen for the TV connection?
Not sure if this is the right place to post this. If not, I will move it. Heres my dilemna. I have an OLED tv . An LG 47LW5600. I also have a laptop. Its pretty contemporary and is running Win 10. I have both of these compliments of a fire in December. Both are running like new and I tried to connect them with HDMI so I can watch streaming movies. Im currently living rural and net here is real bad so I use mobile hotspot and dish for tv. The laptop detected the tv but theres a "no signal" message on the tv. Also, despite selecting duplicate and extend in graphics, I get no picture. Ive beat this thing to deaath trying to get help or find solutions. I cannot change refresh rates on either system. To me, thats where the problem lay. Its a mystery and nobody, including microsoft (no surprise) can find a solution. Thanks all.
