I have a desktop that i put a laptop hard drive in and it worked. it has windows 10 and i was wondering if there were any drivers i could download to make the computer realize its not a laptop so it would run smoother.
the computer has an asrock 970 extreme4 motherboard and an amd 6300 processor.

As Bob___B notes, from the maker for the parts they made. If you rely on Windows, it may or may not work out PLUS you have to help it at times with the link I supplied and if the change was too severe you have to reinstall Windows.
