With just 4GB RAM this is sadly expected behavior. You can either add more RAM or switch the HDD to SSD.
If you want to see if it's some app or such. Let's see two Web Speccy reports.
The first is just after boot. Then wait for it to go south and then run another Web Speccy and such both so we can look at what's different.

Hello, Recently my laptop started to slowdown immensly after starting it normaly, When checking my taskmanager i can see all my processes strart to decline in memory (i.e. Firefox going from using 400.000kb to 8000kb) and my memory starts increasing from 50% usage to 100%, This happens until the computer stops responding.
Im unable to check the processes of all users for it takes too long for the administrator popup to show up, Same goes for the Resource monitor.
