Try the generic reset in the welcome at the top of this forum.
My sister and I were using her laptop when I got a text. I picked up my phone and it fell onto the keyboard. The screen froze and none of the buttons were responsive. She then unplugged the computer (it won't turn on or stay on unless plugged in) and it turned off. we tried turning it on again and the power button lights up, but the screen is black and the symbol that indicates that caps lock is on blinks. How can I fix this?
