Laptop required for server setup in virtualisation

Dear Friends
I want to buy a laptop for following purposes :
1. Testing websites on server environments - linux, 2k3 and 2k8
2. Running linux server and server2003 in virtualised environment at the same time.
3. The basic OS could be vista or w7.
Can anybody recommend me a good laptop for this purpose , I am planning to buy a c2d 2gh or higher with support of 8gb ram. Max budget is 750$ including taxes.
