I am at my wits end with Samsung customer service escalation.
Brief synopses is I my Laptop was repaired 3 times under warranty for failing to charge the battery. Then it failed a 4th time.
Sent it in the fourth time, and the service center received it, then inspected it, then disassembled it, then????, then reported exterior damage and would not honor the warranty.
I did not send it in damaged. It failed 4 times for the SAME THING.
Anyway I have been getting the runaround from the "executive customer service" team. They say they are escalating but each time I call back the problem seems new to them. I suspect nothing is happening.
