Resolved Question

Laptop problem

Jul 17, 2017 9:00AM PDT

I have a Lenovo G50 70 notebook.
When I power on my device, it beeps continuously and stops only when I randomly press the numpad keys. Also the keyboard malfunctions and I am unable to scroll down unless I press the numpad keys. What could be the cause for the problem??? And also please suggest a solution.

For you as a laptop repair tech.

If so, try it without the laptop keyboard plugged in and see if some USB keyboard works. The story sounds like a failed keyboard. Prices are almost always under 99USD but labor here runs 150USD.
